With PitStop Pro, checking and altering a PDF will no longer be an issue! PitStop Pro is a plug-in module for Adobe Acrobat that offers the answer for your problems. Clients don’t provide them as required, they don’t output as you need them to, and more than frequently you have to alter the PDF despite the fact that Adobe Acrobat doesn’t support it. PDF documents can be excruciating to work with. On the Enfocus website they mention a fix in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC for the PitStop Pro toolbar disappearing. We have Enfocus Pitstop Pro version 13 update 2 installed which needs to be left on this version which is compatible with Adobe Acrobat DC 2019. The Adobe Acrobat Pro DC version therefore needs to stay on version 2019 (continuous release) and it has no more updates available for this version (its currently on version 2019.021.20049). We cannot update the Operating System this Apple Mac uses due to other software we have installed. Sometimes there is no "About Third Party Plug-Ins" menu either under the "Adobe Acrobat Pro > Help menu". Sometimes when you run the Acrobat Pro DC software the Enfocus Pitstop Pro toolbar (3rd Party Plug-in) is missing. We have a problem with Adobe Acrobat Pro DC (Version 2019.021.20049) installed on an Apple Mac (running OS X 10.11.6 El Capitan).
